FAQ1.Are you a trading company or a factory?
Answer: We are not only a trading company but also provide one-stop services including on-site factory visits, import/export, maintenance, and repainting.

2.What is your delivery time?
Answer: Generally, we can deliver standard machines immediately within 7 days for customers because we have abundant resources to check local and nationwide machine inventories and receive machines promptly. However, for OEM factories, producing ordered machines requires over 30 days.

3.How quickly can you respond to customer inquiries?
Answer: Our team consists of a group of diligent and energetic members working 24/7, ready to respond to customer inquiries and questions at any time. Most issues can be resolved within 8 hours, while responses from manufacturers and factories may take longer.

4.What services can we provide?
Answer: We can conduct online video conferences to inspect the detailed information and performance of these machines. If needed, you can visit our factory, and we will provide all details and videos to show you these devices.

5.What payment terms do you accept?
Answer: Usually, a 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T payment upon delivery. Other payment terms are negotiable.

6.How long is your price valid?
Answer: We are a gentle and friendly supplier and never seek exorbitant profits. Basically, our prices remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust prices under two circumstances: (1) USD exchange rate: RMB fluctuates significantly due to international exchange rate changes; (2) Manufacturers adjust machine prices due to increased labor and raw material costs.

7.How will the products be packaged and shipped? How long will it take to receive the goods?
Answer: Based on the actual size and characteristics of the products, we will choose to use wooden crates or installation brackets, and ship via container sea freight. The delivery method can also be selected according to customer requirements.

8.How can customers visit and inspect in China?
